qdecR: an R package for surface-wide analyses of FreeSurfer segmentations

Vertex-wise analyses of brain structure, e.g. based on the cortical surface, allow for refined mapping of the neural substrate compared to traditional aggregated measures. However, analysis of such data is still not accessible to all researchers. Here, Sander Lamballais develops a flexible R package for the analysis of vertex-wise neuroimaging data.
